Hello my name is Savannah Pegg, I am a secondary English education major. I play volleyball for the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I love young adults, and I have a true desire to be an influential part of their lives.

Throughout my teaching career, computers will be a vital part. Technology is becoming an important part of everyday life. To be a successful teacher I will have to be comfortable with computers, and using computers in my classroom. As far as the rest of my undergraduate career, I will have to use technology often. Each class throughout my major will require some type of technology.

The three things I expect to learn from EDT 300 include becoming more comfortable with Microsoft Powerpoint, learn how to use a blog page, and learn how to use Microsoft Excel.
